KAILUA SCRATCH MARGARITA

2 oz. Myer Lemon Juice from Kailua Guesthouse
2 oz. Pure Hawaiian Cane Sugar

2 oz. Tequila
1 oz.  Triple Sec Liquor

Measure ingredients into household blender. Fill two thirds with ice. Blend until smooth.

For Li Hing Margaritas add 1 tsp. Li Hing powder to blend. Coat glass lip with Li Hing powder.
